(Listen to "A Life Lived in Grace")

A Life Lived in Grace

In the casual pace of a life lived in Grace

With rhythms intuitive and auspicion confirmed,

We step out of the race we're running in place

And a river runs through it of lessons to learn.

Synchronistic incidence of simple twists of inference

Correlate and co-create forever in the Now,

So persist insisting on the glimpsing of the Infinite,

Persuading Fate to undulate the wispy granite Tao.

Entirely ineffable and doubly inexpressible, but

Anti-intellectual and hardly inaccessible,

The intricate fractalline forces of Unity,

The intimate practice of Life’s opportunity:

Things that happen as they should,

Well beyond the way they would

If chance were the dance

To enhance the romance.

So when the river finds the groove

And Kundalini starts to move

Then the Phallus and the Chalice

Combine to climb the Crystal Palace

Through focused attention on Pranic retention

Occasional mention of cosmic intention

Ethereal bodies and astral projection

Corporeal nadis and auto-suggestion

The techniques are strong, the practice is long,

But the business of is-ness is where we belong.

Fear not of confusion, nor lack of inclusion

For the proof was never so clear—

Dispel the illusion with simple conclusions

For the Truth is a pleasure to hear.
