To the Holy so whole

But role playing is safe

(So we’re told) so we place

At the base of our tenuous faith

Debased and displaced

Names to the face

Of genuine purity, yes most assuredly

For ego security, a safe immaturity...

Tho’ fail not in heart over gentle false starts,

The playing of parts and the thespian arts

For behind the façade is the true face of God
